Mariah to duet with Janet Jackson
Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson are being lined up to record a duet.
Record producer Jermaine Dupri, boyfriend of Janet and producer of Mariah's hit comeback album 'The Emanicipation of Mimi', wants to record the two divas together.
He says the hardest part is figuring out a song that fits both of them.
He explained that when you're dealing with divas, you don't want to overshadow either one, both of them would need to feel they were on the same pedestal.
Mariah previously teamed up with Whitney Houston to record 'When You Believe', a Top 10 hit in 1998.
Janet is due to release a new album this Spring.
