An outrageous claim of sexual abuse made by a New Orleans man against Michael Jackson from more than 20 years ago has been thrown out of court by Judge Eldon Fallon.
The bogus lawsuit was brought by Joseph Bartucci Jr. during Michael's recent trial after outrageous claims of repressed memories being remembered after seeing a 2003 television show about seperate abuse claims according to the Associated Press. Previous claims of which Michael was of course exhonerated.
As previously reported by us on August 18th 2005, Michael was fined $10,000 dollars for not appearing in a New Orleans courtroom in the same year. Then, Defence attorney Charles Gay explained that the summons for that appearance arrived June 13th, the day Michael faced the jury verdict of his trial.
Bartucci's false claims included that he was sexually abused at the age of 18 in a limousine going from New Orleans to California May 19th 1984, as well as being held at gun-point and cut with a razor. However the Judge stated that the man who kept Michael's appointment calender at that time provided a sworn statement that Michael had been rehearsing for his Victory tour in California during that period.
"This evidence conclusively demonstrates that Mr. Jackson was in California from May 19 to May 27, 1984, and could not have been in New Orleans to participate in the events alleged" by Bartucci, Fallon wrote.

KANYE JUGGLES ‘IMPOSSIBLE’ SCHEDULE: Grammy winner talks about beats for ‘M:i-III’, Common and MiJac projects.
E-mail to a friend | Printer friendly (April 21, 2006)
*Kanye West, last seen on MTV’s “Sweet 16” surprising the son of L.A. Reid at his lavish party, is finding it hard to carve out enough time for all of the projects on his plate, including a comeback single for Michael Jackson.
West spoke to MTV.com about his most high-profile gig of late, the theme song for “Mission: Impossible III.”
"I didn't have enough time to make it the way I make it," West said about the song, titled "Impossible." The track features West, Twista and the newest signee to Kanye's Good Music imprint, Keyshia Cole.
"If you notice, I don't do as many beats for people because I don't have enough time to make it how I make it," he said. "My beats is a whole new art form now. It's not just a 15-minute joint. It's not that fast-food sh*t. You can tell 'Impossible' took hours."
West said he took a leftover track from Twista’s album to use for “Impossible,” which is separate from his reworking of the infamous “Mission: Impossible” theme song.
"It's hard," he said of the latter. "Like some DMX-sounding sh*t. I chopped up the 'bomp, bomp, bomp-bomp,' but I couldn't think of no verse for it, so it's just an instrumental."
West said he’s looking forward to a possible collaboration with the King of Pop, if their busy schedules will ever allow it. The Grammy-winning artist is currently producing Common’s next album, “Finding Forever,” which he predicts will win the Grammy for Rap Album of the Year in 2007.
"You will be happy with ‘Finding Forever,’" he said. "We're halfway done. We're going to be dropping in September, and the first single is going to be called 'The Glory.' I'm just excited. I want to scream it from the top of the mountaintop."

News that surfaced a few days ago claiming that a Michael Jackson and G-Unit mix-tape was due out this year may have been one huge prank according to MTV.com. Reported by (amongst others) usually reliable news outlets Billboard.com and Rolling Stone Magazine, the news is said to have been sent in a press release claiming it was from Michael's new label Two Seas Records. "I do not know who put this story out, certainly not us," Two Seas spokesperson Sue Harris said. "But it doesn't surprise me!"
One of the main topics of the report claimed that G-Unit's DJ Whoo Kid was the one mixing tracks, including a song featuring Michael, 50 Cent and Lucy Diamonds. "I don't know who made that up," the DJ (pictured above) said. "I don't know who Lucy Diamonds is." However, Whoo Kid had been in talks with Michael about a possible collaboration with 50 Cent when the two met each other in Bahrain last month meaning a possible release is not entirely out of the question.
Spokesperson for Lucy Diamonds, Jonathan Hay, also responded to the reports, "How are they saying it is a 50/ MJ/ Lucy song? ... This whole thing is freaking strange." He continued, "This isn't good because Lucy is talking to (50 Cent's music industry rival) Game, she's been talking to Game for a while," Hay said. "So she won't be on that mix-tape, not unless they stole her song."
Two Seas spokesperson Harris refused to comment on any possible collaboration, promising to remain quiet about anything regarding a Michael recording, "As far as we are concerned, details regarding the recording of Michael Jackson's albums are being kept under wraps," Harris said. "We will not be making any comments as to who may or may not be working with Michael Jackson in the studio. We will not be making any announcements, nor will we be reacting to any speculation or reports in the media."
